DBA Construction Section provides for the bidding, awarding and approval of capital improvement contracts once the design phase has been approved by the Design Review Section. The section may provide project site observations until final completion of the project. DBA’s approval is necessary for all project change orders and final payment.
The processes of contracting capital improvement projects are located in Section 3 of the DBA Minimum Standards and Criteria. The Section also assists the DBA Real Estate Services Section by providing construction observations for certain leasing projects.
