Construction Section

The DBA Construction Section provides for the bidding, awarding, and approval of capital improvement contracts once the design plans and specifications have been approved by the Design Review Section. The Construction Section provides project site observations until final completion of the project. All change orders must be approved by the Construction Section. Final payment for projects cannot be released without the Construction Section approval. 

The contracting processes are located in the MINIMUM STANDARDS AND CRITERIA (See MSC Section 3).

Construction observations are also performed by Construction staff for certain lease projects.
